Sale of all products by CMT International, Inc. is made on an all sales final basis.
CMT International, Inc. will accept returns on any defective product that has been assessed by our technical support team and deemed necessary for repair or replacement while still under warranty.
Should any product purchased from CMT be found to be defective within the warranty period, please contact our technical support
to first troubleshoot your problem. If a repair or replacement is required, the customer must request an RMA number
. All returns must be accompanied by the RMA number and freight must be prepaid. CMT will not accept returns without an RMA number, so please ensure you obtain an RMA number prior to shipment. Once the product is received, it will be immediately sent for repair. The repaired product or replacement will be returned to you as soon as possible.

for troubleshooting, we will assist where possible and at discretion of CMT International, Inc.
